Looking for a sure way to lose weight?
Take the burden of all the extra weight that you carry daily, and give it to our Loving Lord. He does not want you to be overweight and carry un-necessary heavy loads. He has already paid a hugh price for us to be free and light. Let go of guilt and of yesterdays misery...Lose the extra weight!
What does it mean to be a Christian?
There are only a very small number of people who I can honestly say put action in their witness. What does it mean to be a Christian today? Im unsure. The only certainty that I have is my own realtionship with Christ. He never leaves me in doubt. I can always rest' in Him, knowing that what He says I can count on. He is my friend even when life gets busy, trials are many and loved ones pass on. Be a real Christian! Words are empty containers...and so useless. Action speaks louder than words...

Having a thankful spirit, attitude and mind set are all the building blocks you will need to come to a place of seeing the results of building spiritual muscle. Not giving up or giving in. Just quietly knowing that God has it all under His control. Realizing that the cross over has happened is a hugh gift. Don't miss your opportunity, don't quit...God is using me because I became available without any reservations. Thank God for the tough times! That is when your increase is hugh!!!
Learning to Live in Now!
The process has been grueling at times but the reward is so worth it. Truly living in the sufficient grace that God provides is awesome. Yesterday, is gone. Tomorrow is not here. So live in the moment that you have right now. I enjoy the relaxed confidence of grace. Wow! What a gift!
I think that as we grow older and learn to use the wisdom that we should be gaining, simple is oh sooo good...Don't complicate life more than it has to be. Love and Trust God and He will provide every need.
What Would Jesus Do

Just imagine if Jesus were to send out letters telling his flock that he would be leaving? I think it is great how far technology keeps going. Sadly, the intimacy of friendship is going by the wayside. I still believe in picking up the phone, or conversation face to face. There is a special feeling of connection when someone calls you because they listened to the tap on their heart or visa versa. Time has a way of getting away, don't put off what you can say to someone right now. Tomorrow, may just be too late...
Watching God Work
I have always been a better leader than follower, but NOT when it comes to listening to Gods guidance. Being a true follower of God at times will leave you in a very lonely place. Along with many in my heart, I will hold onto the good memories that provided me a foundation and desire for a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pets and Peace
Just months before my husband passed away from cancer, he expressed a desire to get a dog. A few weeks later we picked up Charlie. A pure bred beagle with a lot of energy. He was the light of my husbands life.
My husbands verbal communication was almost zero, and he lost most of his hearing before his death.
What he continued to tell me was how much he loved Me and Charlie. After my husbands death, Charlie was so depressed and would sit for hours on the arm of his best friends chair. My heart would ache watching him.
I decided to get another dog. The healing that Cadi has brought into our world is amazing...
There is a healing effect that animals can give us during our deepest heartache.
